It is a 2 minute walk to the beach (Porto da Barra) and a 1 minute walk to the Carnival route. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. It comes with a fully kitted kitchen and a TV and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa-bed so it can sleep up to 4 people.
